2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of woks do you offer?
We offer carbon steel, cast iron, non-stick, and stainless steel woks. Carbon steel/cast iron require seasoning. Non-stick is PFOA-free.

5. What types of pans do you offer?
We offer non-stick frying pans, stainless steel pans, cast iron skillets, and ceramic pans.

6. What types of cookware brushes do you offer?
We offer silicone brushes, nylon bristle brushes, natural bristle brushes, and stainless steel scrubbing brushes (not for non-stick).

7. Are your products food-safe and PFOA-free?
Yes. All our non-stick coatings are PFOA-free. Food-contact materials comply with FDA 21 CFR standards.

8. How do I care for my wok/pan?

  • Non-stick: Hand wash with soft sponge; use silicone/wood utensils; avoid high heat.

  • Stainless steel: Dishwasher safe; use moderate heat.

  • Cast iron/carbon steel: Hand wash; dry immediately; season regularly.

9. How do I care for my cookware brush?

  • Silicone/Nylon: Dishwasher safe.

  • Natural bristle: Hand wash; air dry; replace when frayed.

  • Do not use metal brushes on non-stick surfaces.
